Paradise parking area (5,500 ft) to Camp Muir (10,080 ft) (day 1) to Ingraham Flats (11,100) via Cathedral Gap to just over Disappointment Clever (approx 13,000 ft). Route continues to summit. Roundtrip approx 18 miles (4.5 to Camp Muir and 4.5 from Camp Muir to summit then return). Roundtrip time from Camp Muir to summit and back approx.10 hours. With RMI Guides during 5-day Camp Muir Seminar. Turned back because of accident involving team members (crevasse fall requiring rescue and airlift).

Left High Camp at 1:00am on the 9th. Scrambled to headwall of glacier and returned to camp (uncomfortable with conditions/exposure - had already decided not to proceed past glacier evening before). Reached high point around 19,500 ft. Total time: 3 hours - 2 up, 1 down. On trekking expedition with KE Adventure. 4 of 7 clients completed summit.

Normal/Easy Scramble Route West Slope - Very strenuous hiking.  Awkward sloped footing

Mount Rundle trailhead near Spray River Bridge in Banff.  From lower trail to first cliffbands to  the central gully to the forested ridge to the "Dragon's Back" and finally the push to the summit.  Average round-trip time is about 8 hours.  Distance is 7 miles.  We turned back at the tree line, at the beginning of the rock/scree (about two hours in) due to worsening knee pain (Gina).  Climbed with my wife, Gina.
