Beach Trip

I went to the ocean for the first time earlier this month. I loved it! I wanted to crawl right into the waves but mom and dad wouldn't let me. I liked playing with the sand most of all.

We went with mom's parents, meme and da, and her brothers, Nicole and my cousin Jacob. Cousin Jacob helped take care of me a lot. We ate lots of seafood (or they did) and mom and dad raced go-carts and rented wave runners. Dad must have learned something about speed, because on the way home an Alabama state trooper pulled us over and gave dad a piece of paper, apparently some kind of award, for going so fast. I can't wait to go back next year.
